12 noon: Sausage sizzle at Tennis Club, Bagpipes and Scottish dancing in Negro Street
3pm: Bagpipes and Scottish dancing in Negro Street
5pm: Kids sausage sizzle at St John's
5:30pm: Kids games at St John's
6pm to 6:30pm: Wollombi Tavern woodchop prize presentations
6:30pm to 7:45pm: Music at the Tavern
7pm to 7:45pm: Muster for the Lantern Parade
7:45pm: Lantern Parade from the tennis club

12 noon: Croquet demonstration on the croquet court in Negro street
Meals
Meals will be available during the day (and at limited locations in the evening) at the Wollombi Tavern Bistro, Shea's at Wollombi, Panino Restaurant and Caffe and Café Wollombi as well as the food stalls around the tennis courts.
Parking
Parking will be available in the Wollombi Tavern grounds (the helipad paddock at the Laguna end).
